eTicket version 1.7.1 is posted, to address a few bugs revolving around:

1. Copyright notice
2. SQL escaping bug
3. Tickets that didn't have a status wern't converted
4. Transfer message didn't strip html
5. You could put RAW HTML into filetypes
6. Email charset was not set correctly
7. Installer wont work if Multibyte String, iconv are not installed or safe mode is enabled.
8. Attachments weren't being saved if using automail.php.
