Hi again..

We're hoping for a first week of October beta for eTicket v2.. this is basically a complete re-write of eTicket, so it's been no easy task.

As you may have noticed, the development on version 2 has slowed our response time to posts in the forums and bug tracker.

Can you help? We need experienced eTicket users to help moderate or otherwise provide support and questions posted to the forums. We simply can't do it all, and are petitioning the community for help.

I'll be posting a similar request over at Help Center Live. That product is also under aggressive re-write, and we have the same issues there as here.

If you can help, simply assisting in the answering of forum questions will be a tremendous saver for us.

Thanks, and I'll be updating you again soon with beta testing!
