We switched from automail.pl to the new automail.php. There seem to be a lot of bugs still however. One if them is that base64 does not get decoded. Some other ones are reported on other places in this forum. Can I safely switch back to automail.pl without breaking your new logic? Probably I have to ..

Actually automail.pl doesn't seem to work with the new database structure anymore. There seem to be more bugs with automail.php (missing attachments). If I get access to the bug tracker I'd be happy to submit reproduceable bugs but we will require to get the fixes immediately (as in .. directly after you guys found the time to look at it .. not with the next official release) since automail.php is currently unusable in a serious live environment.

You can post to the tracker once you create an account. As for the pipe.php I'm using in a production with over 100 tickets processed a day. Please create an account for the tracker and post your issues.

I did create an account and I am logged in with my email address. There is no button to add any bug?

When can we expect this to be fixed?

I very much would like to use the software, but its unacceptable that we cant receive messages from Outlook users.

A quick fix would also be nice?

This is odd...I use the automail.php and we can get messages from Outlook, Outlook Express, and MacMail without errors.

Have you tried to setup a cron job to get the mail?  I use the following:

Code:
*/5 * * * * wget -q -O /dev/null http://www.domain.com/support/automail.php
