Hey People,
I need to implement a camp where I can figure out an e-mail to send a copy and a hidden copy of the tickets answer text body. How can I proceed?

The only way you would be able to do this is to modify functions.php aroiund line 427 and add the following

$mail->AddBCC("email@email.com", "My Name");

You will be copied on every single email sent from eTicket
