Hello!

We have been using eTicket happily and successfully for some time now.  As far as I know, there have been no changes made to it, but about three days ago it began coming up with blank pages.  Customers can still submit tickets but we can't see them!

troubleshooter.php fails as well.  I did just enough detective work to figure out that it is failing at the "//check the script is installed, or die." section.
I located the $installed variable in settings.pl and tried setting it to 0.

This did not help.  Commenting out the $installed check section does allow the script to continue but then it fails at connecting to the database sometime later.

Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Jee,
Check to see if there is a "exit();" line somewhere in eTicket.  This would cause the blank pages to show up since a single pages is generated based on several different files.
