Dear,

I'm new to eTicket, just installed and configured. I would like to show support categories in customer interface, e.g. customer will select whether his/her question is technical or sale. I guess I can use Categories module in Admin interface, but not sure because system asks for POP3 Host when adding new category.
Please guide me how to do it.

I found it myself. I added new Categories, and in user interface, there comes automatically a field named Department with two options Technical and Sale.
