I just tried to play around with the Demo of eTicket and the username of 'admin' and password 'admin' does not work.

Also, the top of the page states "This is a demo version all data will be deleted in 23 minutes and replaced with sample data. The admin username is admin and the password is admin. You can view the admin interface at view.php No e-mail is sent or recieved in this demo."

The "view.php" link does not link to the correct page, it goes to "view.php" instead of "admin.php" and last I checked, it's the admin.php page that you need to login to eTicket.

Just thought that I would let you guys know.  Wink

Yeah its going to be taken down shortly in anticipation of version 2.

I just found (stumbled on) eTicket.  I, too, tried the demo and failed.  I decided to give it a try anyway.

Since it's been broken for a couple of months, you might want to fix it so others can learn about eTicket.

I am VERY interested in this app for a small school where I do volunteer IT work.  I'll be anxiously anticipating v2.0; I'll wait to go live with my installation until I see the new version.

Thanks for all the hard work!  Are you looking to add to your team?  I'm new to PHP, but I'm pretty good at UI design and documentation.  I may be able to help if you need it once I become more familiar with eTicket.
