I would strongly discourage this because what about the technical support houses that provide support for code?  The code that gets submitted via email may be parsed wrong and show up modified as BBEdit code when it should not be.

If this feature is to be added, please consider providing the steps or ability to turn it off.

I'm going to have to agree BBcode or any code in a tickting system is a bad idea. Its to display the info to a agent and the agent make suggestions from it. There is really no need to include links/pictures as it distracts the agent and provides usless information.
