Hi

if a customer send support request from email,
I want to correct this into eTicketSupport.

Currently, Customer has to submit support request from "Form",
but, We can not expect all customer send support request from "form",
then, if customer send email, I want to covert it into Database of eTicketSupport as
 New request.

please add this feature.. currently, we have to copy & past manually.

That feature does exist.  You need to setup an email account that eTicket is to check view pipe, pop or smtp and then eTicket will check that account at your defined interval for new messages.  When new messages are found it adds them to the ticket database.
