Hi, is there any plans for a report option to know how many tickets are there open, closed and such?

Other thing, I have read about ldap integration, is it too hard to implement if I do it myself, maybe some tips about what should I do?
I also have read about the request for more status messages, any way you could give me a little guidance on where to begin to add that function?
