Hi everyone.  I have to say I love eticket.  It is working perfectly for us. 

One thing I can't find though and I don't know if it is do-able:- Sorry I can't work out if it's in the control panel either. 

One client has asked to see tickets and progress from his colleagues.  So we have three people raising tickets and need to provide access for him to see all three peoples tickets and progress plus his. 

Is there anyway I can easily do this?

Use the Groups option.  That's where you define what user has access to which groups.
