Hi

I can "delete" a ticket with "Admin".
but I can not "delete" a ticket with new my username.

why Huh

how to fix this ?

Because the 'admin' user is the master user and only the admin can delete tickets.  I have the same installation here setup here, but no additional users can delete tickets, just admin.

Make the user a member of the "Administrator" group.  That should take care of it.
