I sent chinese email to the support, fetched by pipe.php and save to db. But when I browser the message from eticket, it is totally unreadable.

I don't understand why Chinese characters can not be accurately fetched into DB by pipe.php. when I fill directory through eticket, it works fine.

Please help to investigate.
