What, specifically, are you looking for?

If you're looking for a simple solutions, such as eticket residing within a joomla page (i.e. you've got a link in a menu for "help desk" that brings up eticket within the page), then yes, that's easy.  Just create a menu link defined as a wrapper directed towards your eticket directory.  I'm currently doing that myself.

If you're looking for more than that (such as eticket sharing the Joomla database, injection into the control panel, etc...), then I think the quick answer is: probably not, at least without a fair level of scripting ability.

If anyone can tell me that I'm mistaken, I'm all ears (or eyes, as the case may be).
