often times I am not able to access it.  it just gives a timeout.  and i can confirm that the website is really down and not just our connection through

I just tested this website you gave and it says eticketsupport.com is down. However, I'm able to reply to you right now.

Now, when you type in just "eticketsupport.com" it will fail.  If you type in "www.eticketsupport.com" is works.

Jason, the .htaccess file may need to be corrected.

adonis827, use 'www' in front and that will resolve the problem.
