Considering the problems with POP and SMTP (particularly, hosts that block or otherwise force you to use their mail servers, like Godaddy), would you be interested in a hosted solution?

What this would mean:

An optimized eTicket script would be simply dropped onto your web page where you want to see the eTicket webform. You would manage departments, etc from the eticketsupport website.

You would setup your mail server pop and smtp from our servers, which don't block outgoing ports that eTicket needs.

Please let me know the level of interest in this.. we're spending a lot of time troubleshooting problems with servers we can't fix.. and, if what Godaddy is doing is more prevalent (we use our own servers in our own data centers, we don't use an web host) then this is will be an ongoing 'problem'. Further, it seems that the more you pay with a web host the less you are restricted.. so, as you may 'get what you pay for', you're also very limited as to how you can use it (in regards to hosting/shared hosting).

The solution? Seems to use an eTicket approved host or us create some version not as prone to hosted site restrictions..

Your feedback is appreciated.
