I've been asked to setup eTicket at my company and I have know idea where to get started.  My question is, is there a user manual or some documentation that describes the proper use of things like Categories, Groups etc.  Sorry this is such a general question.  I'm a newb and could really use some help.

It all depends on your setup. You can have as many categories/departments you want. I recommend each user have their own login.
