Hi

I'm having the same issue.   What sort of hosting are you on?  Linux/Windows? Shared/Dedicated?

There's a readme. html file and one of the tabs is for configuration.   This tells you how to set up various different methods depending on your hosting environment.

Let it be known (again) that eTicket is not supported on Windows right now.  There are known problems with eTicket on the expensive platform and therefore require you to be running eTicket on a Linux or some other Linux/Unix flavor.

As for the sending of the email, make sure you've setup the proper SMTP settings in the preferences and for the category.

Don't PM me directly for help.  Post to the forums, that's what they are for after all.  PM's to me that request help will be ignored.
