Captcha is not working on
Troubleshooter:

PHP version: 5.2.6 (Should be PHP 5.0.0 or above)
PHP Safe Mode is off
eTicket version: 1.7.3
Webserver: Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_ssl/2.8.28 OpenSSL/0.9.7m
Database: MySQL 4.1.22 (Should be MySQL 4.1 or above)
GD version: bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
Multibyte String is installed
iconv version: 1.9
IMAP is installed
Socket support enabled.
User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)
Character set: UTF-8
Link: http://knives.com/helpdesk/troubleshooter.php

So whats the story ?
I have it switched on in the preferences and it does not work no matter which method I choose.
By the way whats a category and whats a representative ? And while we are at it why is there user groups but no users and also is it possible to set it up so it is possible for  normal site visitors to open a ticket without logging in or setting up an account.

I visited your site and the captcha doesn't even show up.  Is the captcha file in the main eTicket directory?  If not, that's the problem.

Thanks very much Hummdis
Your reply to my main question regarding Captcha was exactly correct.
Never mind the other dumb questions I asked.
I figured most of them out I think.
Its a good system
Thanks again
