I get this error preceding installation:
Database connection established. . .

Error: Connected to the database, but the database name is incorrect.

What does this mean? Any input is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

What's the real name of the database you're connecting to and the name you told eTicket to use?

As of right now, they differ.

I created my own database not the default mysql database.  Itś kinda weird though.  When I checked in this morning and tried again, I was able to proceed.  Iḿ currently playing around.  Iĺl check back if find issues.  Thanks for your reply.

You can create whatever database you'd like with MySQL, what I was asking is if the name of the DB you created matched the one that eTicket was trying to use.  Since it's now working for you, sounds like something was out of sync but is now working.

Let us know if you have further questions and maybe someone other than me can help for a change.  Undecided
