I've got 1. 7. 3 working fine, except for the initial email parsing.   I've put some custom code in to properly convert or strip out tags and whatnot, but I'm still having a lot of problems with things like MIME encoding and other multi-part emails.

Has anyone hacked the current pipe. php to properly parse incoming mail regardless of the content?  Any help appreciated!

Not that I'm aware of, most users just turn off the ability to send emails directly into eTicket and force HTTP reply only.  Most technical support departments require this now anyway due to users uncanny ability to put so much "custom" email layouts it makes it a pain in the butt to try and read.

Don't PM me directly for help.  Post to the forums, that's what they are for after all.  PM's to me that request help will be ignored.
