Below is the error messages that I get at Step 4 on a new installation.
Anyone had this issue and can help me out?

Error: Error: INSERT INTO `ticket_reps` VALUES (1, 'Administrator', 'prdcboh@gmail. com', 'admin', 'bd9d3b95a86a6c5af59fe8df9bfbb0b8', '', '1') : Duplicate entry '1' for key 1

Error: Error: INSERT INTO `ticket_categories` VALUES (1, 'Support', '', '', '', 'prdcboh@gmail. com', '', 0, 'url'); : Duplicate entry '1' for key 1

Did you run into errors the first time around or refresh the page?  You would only get this message after the initial user (admin) was added to the database as ID "1".
