Finaly, I have used the SMTP server method.

When I receive a ticket, all ticket arrive with this email address: support@192.168.40.207, how to change this?

I want to use an email address like that: helpdesk@xxxxx.com

Don't PM me directly for help.  Post to the forums, that's what they are for after all.  PM's to me that request help will be ignored.
