Sorry about the late reply guys.  I appear to be a sole support shop right now.

Anyway, I've gone ahead and copied and pasted my theme.php file.  This one is completely unmodified and is the same as what should have been in the package.  However, I suspect something is missing.

Try out this file and let me know.
