I have carried out installation 3 times and each time I am met with this warning.  I have not modified anything in any of the directories that came in the latest zip file!! eTicket 1. 7. 3 . zip (Latest Release October 23,2008)

PS: I understand about the licence agreement, however I am unclear where the copyright statements are supposed to be.

Are you upgrading from a prior version of eTicket?

It's in the functions.php file.

That's certainly odd...I can't explain it either.  Glad to know it's working for you now.
