I have v1. 7. 3 installed.  Whenever a user creates a new open ticket, I get the admin email notification but the user does not.  I'm using the sendmail option.

How do I correct this?

Is the "No mail" option checked for that user?

When a user opens a new ticket, the user does not receive an email notification with the ticket number.  The new ticket is being created in duplicate.

When you say "user", I'm going to assume you mean "Customer".

Which mail option are you using within the eTicket preferences?
