Have you confirmed that the path to your pipe.php file is correct in your setup?

Can you provide your eTicket Troubleshooter?

Can you post the line entry for what the pipe setup looks like?

I don't use piping, but I'm doing my best to help you out on this one.  If there are any other members that can assist with this, it would be very beneficial. (hint, hint) Wink

Piping doesn't work, you should fix this piping bug with Direct Admin.

You should file a bug report on it.  The forums are not for bug reports.

You might want to see the post I just made on a similar thread to this. It is located here:

 http://www.eticketsupport.com/installation_help_software_support/solved_pipephp_now_working-t316.0.html

One other thing you need to look at is your path for the piping to work. It appears that you've got piping set up to go to automail.php. This is NOT Correct.

When you do that you should be getting an error.

In the older version of eTicket the path was supposed to go to automail.pl. That is a Perl file. The instructions still say to send it there even though the file no longer exists. It makes sense that it would go to automail.php but it does not.

You need to set it to go to pipe.php

When you send the piping to pipe.php you should no longer get an error. It should just seem like nothing is happening.

That's where the info from the other post comes into play. It's posted in the forum here:

 http://www.eticketsupport.com/installation_help_software_support/solved_pipephp_now_working-t316.0.html

Good Luck.
