Before you post an issue please download the troubleshoot.zip and include the output from the troubleshooter in your post. This will help expedite resolving your issue.

Also if your install is on a Windows machine. There are tons of issues reguarding Windows it is highly recommended that your install eTicket on a Linux machine.
