Hi,

On Preferences I have created a predefined message with this text.

The Ticket ID (%ticket) is closed

But when I receive the reply there no information in the ticket ID field, I can see always (%ticket).

Someone have an idea?

The message you enter into the ticket is not processed by the template system. Thats why it is not being displayed only the tags can be used in mail responses.
