Good day,

I just want to inquire how the Rate of Flood Messages setting works.

How will it affect the system? Setting it to more will do what? setting it lower will do what?

I have a cron job running every 13 minutes, is there a threshold that will prevent me from receiving user replies?

As the problem I am experiencing is the auto-replies of some Spam servers just keeps on sending:
1st reply:
Subject:     Your email requires verification verify#wSegFLCjw6hczjvZctcOn6ur4vVYuAwc
In order to better manage spam, I need you to verify that you are an actual human being and not a spam source.

To do this, simply click reply, then send.  You DO NOT need to resend your original message.

Thanks.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The following reply then gets received:
This message is to notify you that your verification was received, and your
email address was successfully white listed.

All pending messages from your address have been delivered to XXX

No action is needed on your part.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Then the loop starts (Only receive this email):

This message is a reply to a boxtrapper verifcation message.

No action is needed on your part.

The headers of the message sent from your address are shown below:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Will the rate of flood fix this issue?

The reason this happens is because the subject line keeps getting changed.  You need to find out why you're domain appears to be blacklisted since this happens on many, many spam filters (as you've stated).

I've been using eTicket for almost 2 years and I've never encountered something like this, then again, I keep a strict watch on blacklists for my domain.

Don't PM me directly for help.  Post to the forums, that's what they are for after all.  PM's to me that request help will be ignored.
