After sending a ticket, if i refresh the open.php page, a new ticket with same data is created. It is possible to do that the captcha or session expire or something like that?  It appears that this is a bug, no?

Sorry for my english.

Thanks.

Well, these are the steps:

1: I'm in www.domain.com/eticket/
2: I send a ticket from there
3: Now i'm in open.php and i can see:

Opened New Ticket

A support ticket has been created and a representative will be getting back to you shortly. An email with the ticket ID has been sent.
You will need the ticket ID along with your email address to login and to view the status of your ticket(s).
NOTE: To send additional information regarding your issue, simply reply to the email sent to you.

4: Now i refresh open.php page using navigator refresh button.
5: No warning message is issued and i have another tichet in my inbox. Diferent ticket ID but same data.

This is an infinite situation: In every refresh one more ticket.

So, it is possible to avoid this situation?

Bluntly put, yes.  Don't refresh the open.php page.

However, I understand your concern and I wonder...why are you refreshing the open.php page in the first place?

I must say that I've never tried this because of the navigation buttons on the top of the page.

Normally, your browser prompts your about resending data.  In-fact, after testing this, I am prompted and warned about resending already submitted data.

What version of eTicket are you using and are you doing this when logged in or from the main page?
