Hello all,

I have just installed and everything works just great.
Many thank yous to the developers!

One small issue i am facing and need a solution:

I added new User Group (called supporters) and granted them access to the relevant parts.
Every time a supporter claim a ticket, this ticket can no longer be transfered to another representative unless the admin logs in and manually transfer it.

Is there a way to allow the supporters to transfer tickets from one to each other without granting Administrator privileges to them?

Currently no, due to the security it will only allow transfers from an admin. It will be changed after the inital release of version 2. A couple new things reguarding security is non-admins can now delete tickets which was a new thing that couldn't be done before.
