Is there an easy way to add or change the fields in new ticket? I can write it and add the columns to the db but I thought someone might have a quick way before I start rewriting the functions.
I need to add a Client ID , and State field.

There is not an "easy" way that I am aware of but if you figure it out, please do post the info here for others....
