A graphic report of what? User stats? Server stats? Email stats?

The complexity of the  module will depend on the type of visual report you're asking about.

There was one created for eticket here:

and seems was actually planned to put into core:

You can add this feature by downloaded the referenced add on. You might need to tweak it a bit to work with eTicket 1.7.x and above. But it should work.

I've found a link that seems to be still working

but the thing is, it doesn't seem to be working with v1. 7. 3

I'll start looking around in it to see if I can work on the files to make it work.  but if anyone gets to it first, would love to know about it!
