Hallo,

I am currently using eTicket as a trouble ticket system connected to a network monitoring tool. As a result there are some tickets that are regarding the same thing. Is there any way in eTicket to group similar tickets under one "super" ticket, or any other way of organising them?

If I'm not mistaken, that would require your own PHP/MySQL page and query to obtain such results.  Sounds like quite a project if you ask me. :-/

There is no way to do this with the current version, however, I advise you to formally submit a feature request if you want to see this in a future release.
