Is it possible to set "Normal" priority as default in open form? Maybe it has a right way how to do this?

The default is already set to "Normal" for eTicket.  What is yours defaulting to?

In my installation default priority is "Low", see here. But I made upgrade from old osTicket.

Version 1.7.3.  However, mine was upgraded from 1.5.9 -- if that makes any difference.
