Hi there.  I'm trying to add the author of the reply to the varialbes list so i can use them in the email warning, something like %reply_author (not %name which is the creator of the ticket).  I'm checking init. php and the isset stuff, but can't get a clue how to edit it, it's way too intricate the programming (unnecessarily complex if you ask me).

Any tip? Perhaps there is a simple thing I missed.
