Hi all,
I have successfully added new fields in the ticket.

How I can display one of them in the ticket list ?

I am not able to undertand which php file is involved.

Many thanks in advance.

What do you mean "display one of them in the ticket list?"

Do you mean on the main "Opened Tickets" page?

I think he means the /admin. php?a=view&id=123456 page.  but being able to add a columns on admin. php for a custom field would be nice.

I understand that you'd like to add columns, but that's a bit of an undertaking and I'm not sure what kind of time it would take to add something of the sort.
