I just moved from osTicket to eTicket.

In eTicket, there's a Knowledgebase section where you could set up "premade replies".  Then you have a dropdown in the reply view where when you select a premade reply, the reply box fills out with your preset message and hit reply.

Wanna know if this is available (been looking in eTicket and can't see how), and how to create premade replies.  If not, is there some sort of resource that could guide me how to do this.  For example, I just did the "custom fields" hack as per hxxp: www. eticketsupport. com/tips_tricks/howto_custom_fields_required_fields_apply_entries_to_the_database_and_view-t462. 0. html

I'd appreciate any help.  Thanks!

i got the problem of loop login. . . i think u have idea about this. . . if u dont mind can u help me to come out of the problem. . . i just stuck here. . plz help me. .

Considering this topic is about pre-made replies and not about a login loop, no.

Search the forums for the answer on this.  It's been addressed many times.
