I have made 2 themes for 1. 7. 3.  If anyone is interested, let me know here.  Nothing fancy, but different and simple.  The only files I have modified are; lang. php, theme. php, style sheet and added some images to the image folder.  I'm attaching screenshots.  And of course, they are FREE.
